Affidea operates diagnostic and cancer treatment centers in 15 countries across Europe.Your main responsabilities:Formulate and implement financial strategies, through the funds management.Monitor liquidity, payment processing, and debt collection.Supervise and coordinate the preparation of the budget, its implementation and control.Monitor and control of budget implementation and long-term financial plans.Monitor and verify costs of activities in accordance with Affidea Group standards and terms of the budget: loans, receivables, liquidity, etc. and provide cost optimizationMonitor and supervise of the accounting and financial reporting, including CF management.Supervise the correct appliance of IFRS principleBe active part in review financial due diligence during potential new acquisitionCoordinate new extraordinary transactions (new acquisition / merge) during the integration of financial side, and principles applicationBe active during the periodic closing, ensuring and checking the principle assetion (completeness, existence etc)Supervise and coordinate all the financial fuction (AR – AP – Treausry – Financial Reportin – Statutory & Tax)Ensure greater efficiency of internal systemsSupervise, prepare and control of external and internal reports (management reports) - in line with Affidea Group standardsEvaluate the financial risk of investment, transactions, deposits, etc., and recommend investments to control the level of return on capitalFinancial Controlling over investmentsResponsibility for tax securitySupervise the correctness of tax settlementsResponsibility for contacts and cooperation with auditors, insurance companies, investors and tax authoritiesSupervise and care of contacts with external financial institutions, negotiating the terms of deposits and loans, approving paymentsSupervise and co-operate with xpavfwm insurance companiesThe ideal candidate:University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar (MBA or Chartered Accountant is a plus)At least 8 years of experience in finance, controlling or audit, with team management experienceStrong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles and reporting standards (IFRS preferred)Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and process optimizationStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAdvanced proficiency in MS Office, especially ExcelExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesFluency in English (both written and spoken)We Offer:We offer a full-time permanent contract.
