Store Manager Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Promote an excellent in-store customer experience by ensuring the team understands and caters to customer needs, providing consistently high-quality service.

Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Store Manager in a ready-to-wear retail brand, preferably at a premium or luxury level.
* Experience in all aspects of store management, including exceptional customer-oriented interactions.
* Leadership skills and the ability to build, manage, and collaborate within a team.
* Strong communication skills, effective in interacting with the team, colleagues, and senior management.
* Fluent in both English and Italian languages.
