We operate at the intersection of HR Tech, marketplaces, and applied AI, tackling one of healthcare’s hardest problems: enabling hospitals to plan, staff, and operate their workforce effectively while improving the daily experience of healthcare professionals. /p h3bThe Mission /b /h3 pLivo is seeking a high-caliber strategist and operator to lead our entry into the Italian market. As the bJr. General Manager for Italy /b, you will be the "entrepreneur-in-residence" responsible for translating Livo’s Spanish success into a dominant Italian footprint. /p pThis is a high-stakes, "zero-to-one" leadership role designed for a professional who thrives on ambiguity and possesses the "founder-at-heart" grit to build a business from the ground up. You won't just be supporting a launch; you will be architecting the Italian chapter of our global expansion. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul lipbMarket Architecture Strategy: /b Lead the scale-up end-to-end of Livo’s Italian infrastructure. You are responsible for ensuring our workflows are optimized for local success while maintaining global alignment. /p /li lipbStrategic GTM Commercial Execution: /b Take full ownership of the Go-To-Market strategy. You will navigate complex sales cycles and build relationships with high-level stakeholders, including HR Directors, Hospital CEOs, and C-suite clients. /p /li lipbThe "Voice of Italy": /b Act as the strategic partner to the VP of Expansion. You will analyze local trends and regulatory nuances to influence the global product roadmap. /p /li lipbCross-Functional Orchestration: /b Lead collaboration between Sales, Product, and Marketing teams in Spain. You ensure that when Italy identifies a market need, the global organization acts. /p /li lipbPL Performance Ownership: /b Own the local KPIs. You will manage dashboards and reporting, providing the "why" behind the numbers and proposing strategic pivots to drive growth. /p /li /ul h3bThe First 90 Days /b /h3 pWe don\'t expect you to know everything on Day 1, but we expect you to apply a consultant\'s rigor to our expansion. /p pbDiagnosis Alignment (Days 1–30) /b /p ul lipbImmersion: /b Master the Livo "Playbook" in Spain; identify core success drivers for local adaptation. /p /li lipbMarket Mapping: /b Identify the top 20 "Must-Win" accounts and map the key decision-makers in the ecosystem. /p /li lipbRisk Assessment: /b Identify the top 3 regulatory or cultural barriers and propose mitigation strategies. /p /li /ul pbExecution Alpha Clients (Days 31–60) /b /p ul lipbOperational Launch: /b Take full ownership of the implementation for our first wave of Italian clients; ensure they become "referenceable success stories." /p /li lipbStrategic Feedback: /b Deliver a "Market Insight Report" to HQ detailing specific product localization needs to ensure seamless product-market fit. /p /li /ul pbOptimization Scaling (Days 61–90) /b /p ul lipbRevenue Milestone: /b Close the first 1–3 deals and hit initial targets for user engagement. /p /li lipbProcess Engineering: /b Implement one process improvement (e.g., onboarding or lead-gen) that increases efficiency by 20%. /p /li lipbFuture Planning: /b Collaborate on the 2026 growth budget and headcount strategy for Italy. /p /li /ul h3bQualifications Skills /b /h3 ul lip3–6 years of experience in Top-Tier Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or a high-growth "Scale-up" environment. /p /li lipEntrepreneurial DNA, while comfortable with ambiguity and the grit to solve problems without a manual.
