PpReporting to the Strategy Business Development Manager, the candidate will have the primary function to support the development of the strategy along 3 pillars (Growth, Innovation and Operational Excellence) that ensure the continued successful growth and profitability of the organization. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPreparation of 3-5 years strategic plan in cooperation with main company functions (sales, RD, operations, etc); /li liSupport planning, modeling execution of strategic projects (like new product launch, new market entry, etc); /li liAct as the team’s main point of contact for market intelligence, preparing reports on market trends, customer insights, competitor analysis, and internal newsletters; /li liAssist in analysis and presentation development for the company leadership team ; /li liContribute to MA activities by identifying potential targets, screening new opportunities, developing profiles and business cases, supporting due diligence, and preparing financial models and presentations. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liDegree in economics, management or finance is preferred; /li liVery good English is a must; /li liHighly motivated, self-starter; /li liCurious willing to learn new things, able to jump on different topics i nteract with different functions ; /li liAbility to set priorities and manage own time and work to meet deadlines; /li liGood communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts in a concise way; /li li2–3 years of experience in international companies, with a strong focus on strategic topics and financial modeling.
