Plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates engineering work for the assigned project; ensures compliance with current regulations, practices, and accepted engineering standards; ensures effective communication and coordination among all disciplines and other project participants. /p pCarries out design activities, development of heat exchangers and/or accessories based on contract requirements and product specifications. Performs feasibility studies with technical proposals, analysis, design, prototyping. Contributes to the improvement of team and company processes. /p h3Main Activities /h3 ul liPlanning and forecasting engineering project activities /li liCoordination and verification of engineering deliverables /li liContinuous reporting on project status and order changes /li liEvaluation of contract requirements (as relevant) /li liEvaluation of product specifications /li liTransforming requirements into project outputs (calculations, dimensions, tolerances, material selection) /li liInterpretation and commentary of construction drawings /li liSizing of plant components and the overall system /li liDrafting final and executive project documentation /li liExecution of study drawings and construction details /li liDrafting material purchase specifications, calculations, and IOM manuals /li liManaging deadlines for project document submissions /li liApproval of RDA /li liTechnical meetings with clients and suppliers of critical materials /li liPreparation of documentation for ASME/PED /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liDegree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience /li liAt least 5 years of experience in mechanical design of heat exchangers /li liBasic knowledge of project management techniques /li liExperience with 2D and 3D CAD software (preferably Autocad, Inventor) /li liExperience with finite element calculation modules (preferred) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
