Key Responsibilities: Technology Strategy Development: support the executive team to develop and implement a long-term technology strategy for the company, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Innovation Leadership: lead and foster innovation in the production processes by identifying and integrating new technologies that enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainability.Product Development: collaborate with Innovation product development teams to identify technological solutions for both existing products and those in the development pipeline.
Drive the technology roadmaps for new product lines.Process Improvement: analyze current production methods, identify areas of inefficiency or technological gaps, and lead the implementation of advanced engineering solutions to improve performance, reduce costs, and optimize resource usage.Team Leadership: lead and develop a team of engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
