Growens operates in an asynchronous and remote-friendly environment, with teams based in Europe and the US.Key ResponsibilitiesContracts & Corporate DocumentationDraft and edit standard contracts and NDAs (in Italian and English), based on existing templatesManage the signature process and simple archiving (digital and physical) of legal and corporate documentsHelp maintain and update basic templates and checklistsTrack contract expirations and deadlines using internal toolsPrivacy & Data Protection SupportRoute and perform a first-level screening of incoming privacy-related requests (e.g., DPO mailbox)Assist in collecting simple documentation for privacy audits or frameworks (e.g., Data Privacy Framework)Review and maintain basic records and documentationProvide operational support in recurring compliance tasksInsurance ManagementFill out insurance questionnaires (in Italian and English)Monitor deadlines and premium paymentsKeep insurance documentation organized and up to dateStrategic & Operational InitiativesSupport the maintenance and organization of the contract repository, including tracking key contract information (e.g., acceptance date, counterparty, status) and ensuring documentation is properly stored and accessibleCoordinate, under supervision, the publication of updated Terms of Service and related customer notifications, in collaboration with our Marketing teamHelp document basic legal processes and maintain internal logs and tracking systemsReporting, Communications & Cross-functional CollaborationPrepare simple internal memos, reports, and slides using existing formatsCollaborate with other departments on standard requests requiring legal/compliance supportAssist in preparing and sending pre-approved responses to authorities, under guidance from senior staffSupport the sending of certified email for recurring communicationsHelp with simple credit recovery follow-ups, including document checks and remindersRequirementsThree-year bachelor’s degree in Corporate Legal Affairs (Giurista d’Impresa), Legal Studies, Business Law, Economics, or similar fieldsExcellent command of English (C1 level), both written and spokenStrong attention to detail and confidentialityTeam-oriented attitude and willingness to learn by doingAbility to work in a structured and proactive way in a distributed, asynchronous environment, with one business unit based in Italy and another in the USOpen-mindedness and flexibility, with a willingness to adapt to international workflows and cross-timezone collaborationInterest in legal and compliance topics applied to a business settingFamiliarity with standard digital tools (Google Docs, Google Workspace, Word, Slack, Jira, Confluence)What we offerHands-on experience with operational legal and compliance processes in a listed international tech groupExperience working in a remote-friendly and async-first company, where autonomy, clarity, and documentation are keyExposure to real-life business workflows in an agile and collaborative environmentSupportive onboarding and supervision from experienced team membersOpportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to group-wide initiativesPotential internship extension and evaluation for future rolesOpportunity to work in smart workingLocationCremona, Milan, or Hybrid (from Italy)Our offices are based in Cremona, Via dell’Innovazione Digitale 3, and in Milan, Via Lambertenghi 7.Type of contractThis is a 6-months full-time internship position.Compensation: 800€ per monthIf you’re looking for your first experience in corporate legal & compliance, this role is a great opportunity to learn by doing.Growens is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
