To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for an enthusiasticProcess Excellence Manager to drive efficiency across all company functions. Initially focused on Operations, Engineering, Program Management and R&D, the role will expand to all corporate functions, ensuring continuous improvement company-wide.In addition, the Process Improvement Manager will collaborate closely with the Digitalization team to support the digital transformation of company processes, ensuring streamlined and technology-driven workflows.

DUTIES
As aProcess Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing company processes and implementing innovative solutionsto ensure efficiency and quality are aligned with corporate business objectives.
The activities will include (but are not limited to):
* Coordinating the definition and optimization of processes across all business Units, with a primary focus on Engineering, Product Management, Program Management, Operations, and R&D.
* Analyzing existing processes by reviewing current practices to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
* Developing improvement strategies by creating plans to enhance processes and align them with strategic organizational goals.
* Implementing changes by overseeing the implementation of new processes and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
* Monitoring performance by tracking process performance metrics and making adjustments, as needed.
* Collaborating with the stakeholders by working with other managers and departments to ensure processes are aligned and effective.
* Training Staff on cross-functional matters by educating colleagues on existing/new processes and guidelines.
* Maintaining the documentation up to date by keeping detailed records of processes, directives, and standard operating procedures.
* Facilitating workshops by leading meetings to generate ideas for process improvements.
* Coordinating the definition and optimization of processes across all business Units, with a particular focus on Engineering, Program Management, Operations, and R&D.
* Collaborating with internal teams and customers to identify needs and improve workflows.
* Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure process efficiency and quality.
* Managing continuous improvement projects and implementing the best practices within the aerospace sector.
* Connecting with the Digital Transformation Unit to ensure seamless integration of digital process improvements.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Management, Industrial) or related fields.
* At least 7 years of experience in process analysis, improvement, or a similar role, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
* Strong knowledge of process mapping, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Excellent written and oral communication in English.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS
* Experience of process analysis and performance improvement in medium/large sized manufacturing and/or aerospace companies.
* Experience in defining and implementing KPIs to monitor process performance.
* Strong knowledge of IT tools (e.g., Excel, ERP/MES systems, test management software).
* Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and creativity to tackle technical challenges.
* Ability to work in a team, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-growing environment and interact with various business functions.
ADDITIONAL ASSETS
* Knowledge of EN 9100:2018 standard.
* Experience in process mapping and workflow analysis.
* Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and process automation.
* Experience with space and defense-related technologies and systems will be considered as a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
* Attention to detail, strong commitment, and a growth mindset.
