Specialista Senior / Project Manager Civitanavi Systems by Honeywell operates in the field of Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS), designing, developing, testing, and integrating MEMS sensors for aerospace, defense, and industrial applications. Our MEMS team seeks an ASIC Designer to join our Milan office, responsible for designing, developing, testing, and integrating MEMS sensors embedded in CNS systems to meet customer needs in the Aerospace and Defence sectors. This role is suitable for engineers with a background in Electronics Engineering or a related scientific field, with experience in ASIC design. Requirements include: Master's degree in Electronics Engineering plus five years of industry experience or a PhD plus two years. Strong knowledge of integrated electronics and related architectures. Proficiency in modeling tools such as Matlab/Simulink. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Problem-solving skills and results-oriented attitude within time and budget constraints. Good written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus. Knowledge of MEMS systems for inertial sensors is advantageous. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary MEMS team with expertise in MEMS design, ASIC design, FPGA, and software development, and will be responsible for: Defining requirements, designing, modeling, and simulating MEMS inertial sensors in Matlab/Simulink. Designing, simulating, and laying out ASICs for MEMS. Supporting prototype trimming and testing. Assisting in test plan development, executing test campaigns, and analyzing results.
