Job Description:

Essential Functions:
* Work closely with functional leaders and actively lead, Design /Develop, Resolve team issues, coach and guide cross-functional project teams in the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
* Serve as a technical resource for improvement teams, i.e. provide support by analyzing data, change management, Project management and project implementation.
* Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement
* Provide hands-on team guidance, support, and coaching to all roles and functions, to advance CI maturity at a sustainable pace
* Provide coaching and mentoring to Green Belts
* Use project management techniques to prepare, manage and support project plans. Conduct phase gate reviews to ensure teams are successful in their project execution
* Work with project teams to reduce implementation risks and ensure proper monitoring and controls mechanisms are in place before project closure
* Capture and manage improvement results derived from Lean initiatives
* Support peer-to-peer learning and best practice sharing
Qualifications:
* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
* Green Belt Certified
* Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification an asset
* 7+ years' experience in CI
* Experienced in working with cross-organizational teams
* Experience presenting to senior leadership
