Position Title :Product Sales & Clinical Specialist – Europe

Position Overview
We are seeking a hybrid Product Sales & Clinical Support Specialist to lead the introduction and clinical integration of our NV+ system across Europe.
Responsibilities
Conducting product demos and trials,
supporting distributors and surgeons in clinical settings,
generating new sales opportunities,
and helping establish Neurovision Medical Products as a reference brand in intraoperative nerve monitoring in Europe
Key Responsibilities
Develop strong technical and clinical expertise on NV+ and related diagnostic devices
Conduct on-site surgical support and product demos across Europe
Educate new users (surgeons, OR staff, purchasing managers)
Support key distributors with training and field visits
Identify and activate KOLs and high-volume surgical centers
Participate in ongoing training / education to support compliance, product updates, and sales improvement
Collect and share structured feedback from the field with marketing, product, and business development teams that contributes to an improved client experience and product application / useability
Ensure consistent system utilization in the first 90 days post-installation
Participate in key medical congresses with booth presence
Cross-Functional Collaboration with the EU and US management team to optimize sales initiatives and client experience
Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, sales outreach and internal reporting
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and ERP specialist to refine messaging, target lists, outreach strategies and CRM capabilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences, engineering, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in OR clinical support or selling surgical devices
Prior exposure to IONM, neurosurgery, ORL or thyroid surgery devices is preferred
Strong knowledge of hospital purchasing and OR protocols
Preferred: Experience utilizing CRM tools with a proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, and manage a sales pipeline
Native or fluent in English (Italian or French is a plus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Based in Northern Italy – Genoa preferred
Willingness to travel across Europe up to 70% of the time
Willingness to travel to the US for training
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary : €40,******,000 per year (gross)
