Responsibilities and duties :
As part of the team of newly established Italian Ginesis Finance consultants, and directly integrated into the financial departments of one of our major clients, you will work on long-term assignments (average 6 months) across various sectors (Energy, Luxury Goods, Transportation, Retail, Media, Industry, Banking, etc.).
Our Italian Ginesis Finance subsidiary was established in 2008 in Milano, managing and supporting significant clients with strong and professional resources to effectively meet their needs and expectations.
As a Finance Project Management Consultant (F/H) for our Italian branch, your responsibilities will include:
* Understanding and analyzing business models and diagnostics
* Gathering business needs and optimizing financial processes using ERP and EPM-BI market tools
* Identifying IT challenges and processes to address / tools to upgrade
* Benchmarking relevant solutions (ERP, RPA, digital transformation)
* Translating needs and designing solutions: conducting interviews, facilitating workshops in agile or non-agile modes
* Leading testing, deployment, and training phases
Qualification, skills, and experience needed :
* You hold a Master's degree and have at least three years of successful experience in project management or three to four years of audit experience (preferably from Big 4 firms).
* You have a solid understanding of accounting/finance fundamentals and good Italian and English language skills. French is a plus, as are excellent interpersonal skills.
* You have at least one experience in ERP deployment (SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.).
