Get things right:
· You will oversee all store operational standards, ensuring administrative duties are met and shops open and close punctually.
You will collaborate with the Shop Manager to develop sales strategies and lead the team to hit financial commitments.
You will ensure the sales team is highly skilled in product knowledge and sales behaviours through continuous coaching and feedback.
You will utilize guest satisfaction surveys and data analysis to increase results and optimize performance.
You will manage guest demographics and VIP events to maximize revenue and enhance the shopping experience.
Safety First:
You’ll be proactive in promoting and keeping our safety guidelines and code of conduct.
You'll help create a welcoming and secure environment where everyone feels comfortable and respected.
What makes you unique:
You have at least a secondary school diploma or higher. Studies in retail or hospitality is a plus.
You have a B2 spoken level of English, the knowledge of other languages is a plus.
You have good communication skills, you are a curious, organized and determined person with experience in people management.
You have 1-2 years of management experience in retail, in fast paced environment; luxury guest experience is a plus.
