Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in luxury fashion, has an exciting career opportunity for a Project Specialist focused on the Beauty division, based in Milan. The successful candidate will be part of the Content Beauty team within the Global Art Buying & Content department. Main Activities and Responsibilities Coordinate guideline development, finalization, and delivery based on requests from the business division and marketing department, in alignment with the Project Manager to define and monitor delivery timelines. Coordinate visual crop requests with external agencies / stakeholders. Ensure accurate checking and validation of special crops by external agencies / stakeholders. Collect media requests and validate media proposals. Manage e-commerce product content creation, coordinating with the Image Production team for shooting and asset lists, and with marketing for product collection and post-production finalization. Handle corporate requests for newsletters, e-vites, press releases, e-commerce layouts, and adaptations. Ensure content delivery accuracy, check files, and upload results to the dedicated platform. 3-5 years of experience in a Graphic Design Department within Creative Agencies or Beauty / Fashion / Luxury brands. Strong knowledge of print media, outdoor advertising, and artwork delivery. General imagery awareness; experience with Beauty content is a plus. Excellent teamwork and independent work skills, with good workflow organization and understanding of priorities. Effective time management, motivation, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask across multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); Adobe InDesign is a plus. Knowledge of digital media, including social media, websites, e-commerce, UX / UI. Fluent in Italian and English.
