Overview
Call Center One, part of the Twy group, is recruiting for an inbound call center role to handle hotel booking assistance in English. Location: Marcon (VE).
Position
Addette/i call center inbound prenotazioni alberghiere in lingua inglese — assistenza clienti and booking/modification/cancellation of hotel stays via phone and email.
Responsibilities
* Provide telephone and email support for hotel booking inquiries, including requests for booking, modification, and cancellation.
Requisites
* Diploma;
* Mandatory English language knowledge (minimum level B1/B2);
* Excellent diction and communication;
* Good computer skills;
* Customer orientation and active listening.
Availability
Selected candidates must be available starting from 29/09/2025.
Work Schedule
Service hours: Monday to Friday 8:00–23:00, Saturday 9:00–21:00, Sunday 9:00–18:00 on rotating shifts.
