About the Role Ports1961 is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our Logistics and Operations Team in Milan. This role is crucial in overseeing daily logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination between internal departments and external partners. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing shipments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities Oversee B2B shipments, ensuring accurate documentation (invoices, customs bills, credit notes, and import declarations). Manage day-to-day operations with external 3PL providers to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Finance, Production and other internal teams to support logistics needs. Handle purchase orders and sales orders. Contribute to logistics optimization projects, identifying areas for improvement in transportation and supply chain processes. Coordinate the shipment and return of goods for offices, pop-ups, events, and photo shoots. Proactively identify and resolve logistical issues to maintain seamless operations. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably within the fashion industry. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude. Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
