For our Hotel Calimala in Florence, we are looking for an
Events Support
with a strong interest in the hospitality development sector.
Main responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with agencies, concierges, and industry professionals;
Handle incoming leads, phone calls, and email inquiries;
Manage follow-ups with potential and existing clients;
Sales & Negotiation;
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Communication Science or similar
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work in a team and interface with different interlocutors;
Fluent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus;
