In this role, you lead the Production Support Department to optimize production, ensure safety and emissions goals, and drive digital innovations across oil, gas, and water processes. You collaborate with refining, commercial partners, and technical teams to improve performance and reliability. The position combines hands‑on operational support with strategic planning and KPI management in a complex, safety‑driven environment. You will shape the site's production strategy and lead cross‑functional initiatives that reduce emissions and boost efficiency.

Responsabilità
- Engineering degree or equivalent scientific background
- 10+ years of experience in upstream oil & gas operations
- Strong technical expertise across oil, gas and water process chains (separation, gas treatment, sulfur recovery, LPG processing, water treatment)
- Proven experience supervising multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical mindset for defining action plans and managing production KPIs
- Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills
- Autonomy and adaptability in complex operational environments
- Fluent in English and Italian; French is a plus
