Ph3Job Overview /h3pAvio Aero, a GE Aerospace company, invents the future of flight and specializes in the design, production, and maintenance of components and propulsion systems for both civil and military aviation. The Industrialization Leader will join the Industrial Management team for Military programs to coordinate industrial activities of new strategic military programs, acting as the primary interface for the Program within Operations. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the readiness of infrastructures and processes for Operations. /liliCreate and execute integrated plans aligned with the Program Target and Integrated Master Schedule, covering technological and operational requirements such as delivery milestones, industrialization and readiness targets, security compliance, and economics/financial and contractual targets. /liliProvide technical leadership to cross‑functional teams during execution. /liliIdentify, detect, prevent, and manage risks impacting program success, timing, and compliance. /liliDefine, update, and monitor capital investment economics, and oversee the approval process for necessary investment plans. /liliPrepare Program Control Board presentations for areas of competence. /liliReport progress and relevant KPIs to the Leadership team and support other functions as needed. /liliMonitor overall program progress and reporting at the program operating rhythm. /li /ulh3Qualifications Requirements /h3ulliEngineering Master’s degree. /liliTechnical competence in products and processes, with documented experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Production Engineering. /liliKnowledge of digital technology enablers for Operations. /liliPrevious experience in multi-year development projects/programs. /liliProven program/project management experience. /liliAbility to guide and lead others in a matrix and challenging environment. /liliWillingness to travel. /liliFluent in English and Italian; compliance with Italian work visa regulations and ability to obtain Italian Personal Security Clearances per Art.13 and Art.25 DPCM06/11/2015n.5. /li /ulh3Desired Characteristics /h3ulliExperience in Aviation Business. /liliTechnical knowledge of Aeronautical Engine and related manufacturing processes. /liliStrong oral and written communication skills. /liliAbility to manage complex multi‑year technical programs in a matrix resource environment. /liliStrong influencing skills in a global environment. /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. /liliStrong process discipline with sound analytic and statistical skills. /liliKnow‑how in APQP/AS13100 and LEAN principles and methods. /liliKnowledge of Export Control and Security Classification rules and processes. /liliChange oriented – actively generate process improvements, champion and drive change initiatives, confront difficult circumstances in creative ways, balance multiple priorities and execute accordingly. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pWe promote smart working in a hybrid mode, supporting a healthy and satisfying work‑life balance.
