_Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician_ - Must already have an ACTIVE Italian/EU work permit or EU Passport to be considered._ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - QA Technician is responsible for assisting more senior quality assurance positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions. - Under direction, facilitates development of a quality assurance program and oversees inspections and corrective action plans that meet or exceed maintenance and supply standards. - Performs quality assurance for all work performed within assigned mission areas. - Inspects work in progress and record observations. - Prepares corrective action plans based on data, observations, and reports. Submits recommendations for any required training to improve quality control processes or skills to correct identified deficiencies. Required Qualifications: - Up to 3 years’ experience and a BA/BS degree. - Experience providing administrative support and coordination to a contract, project, or task. - Experience preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents, implementing, and maintaining office systems, schedules and calendars, handling incoming mail and other material, set up and maintaining file systems, collating information, and maintaining databases. - Knowledge and experience with Quality Management Systems - familiarity with ISO 9001 a plus. - Experience auditing internal policies/procedures and recommending process improvement initiatives. - Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Desired Qualifications: - Prior training or maintenance experience on MRAP FOV systems. - Preferably familiar or knowledgeable with MRAP/RCV systems. - Ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements. - Willingness to travel to various OCONUS locations. - Some OCONUS deployments may be to hostile ("war zone") environments with additional Per Diem and Hazardous Duty Pay. Security Clearance Requirements: - Must be able to obtain and maintain a (DoD) Public Trust clearance. Physical Requirements: - Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel. - Must be able to work in high noise areas. - Must be able to lift 50lbs. - Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word and Excel.
