Position Summary
Working in the local Demand and Supply Planning Team to create and optimize demand plans for sales in the domestic market, contributing to improving forecast accuracy and thus proper stock level and best service level.
A day in the life of a Demand & Supply Planner
* Analyze actual demand and identify deviations from forecast
* Conduct weekly demand reviews based on historical sales data and upcoming promotional activities
* Collaborate regularly with production planning, logistics, and sales teams to refine and align the demand plan
* Monitor and update internal Supply Chain KPIs and reporting tools
* Contribute to the development and enhancement of new tools to support demand planning activities
What will make you successful?
* Strong curiosity and interest in process dynamics within a complex and structured Supply Chain
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel (including macros), PowerPoint, and Power BI
* Effective communication abilities
* Fluent in both Italian and English
