The daily work involves overseeing ordinary accounting tasks, including customer invoicing, vendor payments, and administrative activities. Furthermore, to monitor cash inflows and outflows to ensure timely and compliant payments and managing monthly reports. You should have strong analytical skills and be comfortable about working independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Strong communication skills in order to collaborate also with our external accounting agency to meet tax and social security deadlines and wit the the external employer expert to verifying the employee pay slips. **Responsibilities**: - Coordinate and supervise the ordinary accounting: customers (issuing active invoices), vendors (recording accounts payable and payments) and the administrative activities
- Monitor cash inflow or outgoing payments. Ensure payment processes are timely and compliant.
- Handling the monthly report on the purchases made by the company prepaid card and related invoices and receipts.
- Keeping track of costs in relation to budget planning and control of financial resources.
- Support the finance team in the head quarter in Sweden
- Support the external accountant and labour law consultant
- In collaboration with the external labour law consultant give support in the verification of the pay slips
- In collaboration with the external accountant, assuring that deadlines for the payment of taxes and social security contributions are respected. **Requirements and skills**: - Bachelor degree or above in Business administration or Economics
- 3 - 4 years relevant working experience
- Familiar with local accounting standards，
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and experience in using an accounting software
- Solid knowledge of local accounting principles and VAT regulations.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to continuous learning
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
