About the rolePalermo FC is looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Fan Programme Manager to own and develop fan engagement initiatives across the club's ecosystem.This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and commercial, and is responsible for shaping how fans engage with the club across digital and physical touchpoints. You will design and deliver initiatives that drive engagement, strengthen retention, and increase long-term fan value.You will take end-to-end ownership of these initiatives, working closely with Marketing, Ticketing, Retail, Tech, and Finance to ensure they are effectively integrated and consistently delivered across the fan experience.What you'll be doingDefine and evolve engagement mechanics, including incentives and fan journeys across key touchpointsManage the setup, QA, and continuous optimisation of campaigns within relevant platformsEnsure seamless integration of engagement initiatives across ticketing, retail, and digitalAnalyse fan behaviour and engagement trends, translating insights into concrete improvementsLead the development and execution of partner activations within fan-facing initiativesOwn performance tracking, cost management, and overall effectiveness of engagement initiativesWhat you'll needExperience in loyalty, CRM, customer marketing, or similar commercial rolesClear written and verbal communication skills in Italian and EnglishProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end in a hands-on environmentAnalytical mindset, with experience using data to drive decisions and improvements
