This role supports our customers in Italy (Verona, Milan, Bologna, and surrounding areas) by delivering on‑site installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance, and upgrade services for solar and storage solutions. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liTake ownership of dispatched customer issues. /li liSupport RFM resources during commissioning and on‑site services. /li liAssist Project Managers during commissioning and site acceptance services. /li liDeliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers. /li liPerform all on‑site installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance and test tasks, including upgrades or rework activities. /li liFollow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied. /li liFollow applicable health and safety instructions and regulations. /li liEnsure up‑to‑date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements. /li liSupport Europe Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities. /li liParticipate in the claim management and RMA process. /li liTake care of service tools by ensuring an appropriate calibration process. /li liTake over call duties, partly on weekends and nights. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liElectrical Technician or Electrical Engineer with strong knowledge of ACDC, low/medium voltage and electrical conduits. /li liItalian and English language skills at least B2. /li liExperience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial. /li liExperience dealing with customers in critical situations. /li liDriving license is required. /li liHS training for construction site access with electrical specific training. /li liWilling to work on call duty and to travel (60%). /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liBonus payments based on Smart KPIs. /li liMultinational team with wide European and trans‑European exchange. /li liPossibility for technical and commercial knowledge enhancement in string inverters, central inverters, inverter stations and storage solutions. /li liTechnical and commercial training in our headquarters in Germany and visits to the RD facility in China. /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pSungrow is a green tech company focused on clean power for all.
