TeMPus Spa, leader in recruitment, is selecting a Production Casting Operative (ADDETTO/A ALLO STAMPAGGIO) for a renowned client in the industrial machining sector.
Position Details
* Location: Mussolente
* Work hours: Shift-based (two shifts)
* Contract: Fixed-term (temporary)
* Type: Full-time (temporary with possibility of permanence)
Responsibilities
* Prepare and operate stretching machines.
* Set up equipment.
* Load and unload lightweight parts onto the press.
* Read and understand technical drawings.
* Work within deadlines.
* Coordinate eye–hand for precision tasks.
* Communicate and collaborate effectively with the team.
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum 1 year experience in casting.
* Technical knowledge of casting machines.
* Fluent in Italian.
* Hard skills: reading technical drawings, using specific equipment.
* Soft skills: strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, problem solving.
