This includes following detailed procedures, instructions, checklists, and forms as mandated by the Quality Management System (QMS). /li libMaintain Impartiality: /b Immediately report to the OM any potential threat to impartiality associated with the appointed activities, in accordance with the declaration signed at the time of acceptance. /li libDocument Deviations: /b Identify and formally document any deviations from the applicable requirements concerning the conformity assessment object, following QMS protocols. /li libPrepare and Verify Documentation: /b Compile documents to present the results, complete checklists, and any other required documentation, ensuring to report evidence accurately. Deliver original documents to the OM for verification and, where necessary, approval before issuance. /li libAuthenticate Documentation: /b Sign off on the documentation that records results and certifies the responsibility for the content’s editorial integrity and compilation. /li libEquipment Maintenance: /b Oversee the preservation of measuring instruments and equipment provided by the Body, checking their calibration and operational status regularly. /li libProfessional Development: /b Participate in meetings, training sessions, and refresher courses as required to maintain and update qualifications. /li libAdherence to QMS Documentation: /b Fulfil any other responsibilities defined within the QMS documentation that have not been specified herein. /li /ul h3Additional Responsibilities /h3 ul libContinuous Improvement: /b Suggest improvements to the conformity assessment processes based on findings and experiences to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. /li libStakeholder Communication: /b Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including clients and suppliers, to clarify requirements, report findings, and ensure compliance. /li libRisk Management: /b Participate in risk assessment activities related to the conformity assessment processes, helping to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks. /li libRegulatory Awareness: /b Stay informed about changes in industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure all assessment activities are up-to-date. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liHigh school diploma with a technical address, preferably in the mechanical or electronic areas, or a first or second level degree in technical or scientific disciplines.
