The role involves leading project execution in close coordination with all relevant company functions.brKey ResponsibilitiesbrulliManage complex projects in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments, applying appropriate project management methodologies, processes, and tools. /liliEffectively coordinate the project team and engage with various stakeholders. /liliPlan and coordinate activities and resources related to Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) systems, in collaboration with internal teams and functions, to meet contractual milestones. /liliEnsure customer satisfaction in terms of quality and timeliness, while maintaining project profitability and driving continuous improvement. /liliOversee and manage the contractual terms and conditions of the project. /liliCollaborate with the Engineering team to prepare technical documentation. /liliPlan and coordinate the production and integration of AFC systems, working closely with the supply chain, engineering teams, and suppliers. /liliMonitor project progress against the established timeline. /liliConduct monthly profitability reviews and implement corrective actions to maximize project margins. /liliLead and participate in system validation and verification activities, both in factory and on-site, to secure customer approval and system commissioning /liliSupport the System Engineer and Customer Service during commissioning, maintenance, and warranty phases. /liliRepresent the company and the project in all interactions with the customer.br/li /ulstrongSkills, Experience, And Qualificationsbr/strongulliMaster’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Science) or equivalent professional experience. /liliFluency in English and italian are required; /lili3–5 years of experience in an engineering company in a similar role /liliWillingness to travel both domestically and internationally. /liliStrong teamwork, interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, planning, and organizational skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.br/li /ulThank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
