Mission Support Logistic & Transport team in daily operations, dealing with Retail and e-comm logistic operations. Main Responsibilities - Warehouse: Support in daily operations for e-comm and/or retail flows. - Transportation: Coordinate the external couriers - Plan and Organize the activities based on the capacity of the 3PL - Daily/weekly/monthly report & KPI (i.e. orders shipped on time, shortages, claims ) - Monitor IT flows (on SAP) - Manage relationship with couriers/suppliers - Continuous cooperation and communication with SEP HQ (Italy and Central) - Face eventual anomalies and issues Key It is requested a previous experience in a 3PL / supply chain Department Technical Skills - Stakeholders coordination - Data Analysis and Reporting skills - English professional knowledge - Process and forecast management LOCATION Province of Pavia
