Key Activities/Responsibilities - Responsible for the development and the management of a PR strategic platform for Sephora Italia - Responsible for managing the day by day activities with the PR agency (press releases, PR newsletters, product requests) - Responsible for managing the seeding calendar ensuring the correct execution and monitoring of the activity in cooperation with the PR agency and in synergy with the Digital PR seedings - Managing relationships with key opinion leaders (beauty directors and editors), internal stakeholders (E-Commerce team, CRM, Offer, HQ) and external (suppliers, collaborators, agencies) - Cooperates with the Digital PR Specialist to work in synergy on the main launches - Manages the organization of Sephora press days cooperating with the rest of the team - Cooperates with the team for the organization of PR activities, events and special projects - Elaborates of monthly and quarterly reports on PR activities with the PR agency Profile Requirements - 3 to 5 years of previews experience in similar roles - Strong knowledge of the Italian media landscape and extensive network in press environment (beauty is a plus) - Previews experience in events management - Monitoring tools knowledge - Fluent english
