Nusr-Et is actively seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team in the capacity of a Sales & Events Manager (Milan). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field Expertise in planning, organizing, and executing corporate and social events Ability to create event proposals and timelines Hospitality industry and sales process knowledge is highly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluency in both Italian and English Discover new business opportunities to get involved in corporate events through networking, cold-calling, mailings and/or organize events in our own restaurants where we host large groups of people Serve as the point of contact for clients to plan events, develop contracts, detail events, and help the operation teams to execute events Work in collaboration with the Marketing team to promote the events through various media channels and produce any materials that may be required for the field execution Manage all events from start to finish; book, plan and execute functions Prepare and monitor event budgets Maintain local clients database, build and sustain relationship with new clients
