Job Description
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and achievement of daily sales goals.

Disponibilità
Contratto base di 20 ore settimanali, con grande flessibilità e possibilità di aumentare le ore in base alle esigenze del team e del business. Turni settimanali con disponibilità anche nei weekend e in alcuni giorni festivi.
Qualifications

* Education: High School Diploma / GED preferred
* Retail experience: at least 1 year preferred
* Supervisor/managerial experience: not required
* CEFR B2 fluency in English and Italian required
* Customer focus, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, assertive, adaptable/flexible, and stress-tolerant
* Multi-tasking, applied learning, and professional ethics
* Omni-channel services awareness
