About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive pre-sales technical support to customers, collaborate with sales teams during client negotiations, and develop training materials for both online and offline training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide pre-sales technical support to customers, understanding their requirements and addressing technical queries.
* Collaborate with sales teams during client negotiations to ensure smooth delivery of technical solutions.
* Develop and refine pre-sales training materials for effective delivery of technical knowledge to clients.
During-Sales Technical Support:
* Enhance training materials related to installation processes and deliver relevant training to clients.
* Offer on-site guidance during installation as needed.
Post-Sales Technical Support:
* Promptly address technical quality issues raised in customer complaints.
* Resolve queries about product usage, maintenance, and replacement, including on-site support when necessary.
* Improve post-sales operation and maintenance training materials, and provide related training to customers.
* Conduct technical workshops and seminars for installers, and manage exhibition booths effectively.
Internal Technical Support:
* Provide technical and quality training to internal employees in Europe as required.
