Ph3Overview /h3 pFor our pharmaceutical sector, we are currently looking for a Medical Affairs Manager (M / F) - Neurosciences to be based in our Milan office on a permanent contract. /p pYou will report to the respective Therapeutic Area Medical Head (TAMH) and play a meaningful role in providing medical support to the Neuroscience Rare Disease franchise, with a chance to create a real difference to the therapy areas of interest (autoimmune neurological diseases with special focus on myasthenia gravis, neurodegenerative diseases, mood disorders and other nervous system disorders). /p pLocation: Milano, Italy /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liTo be a therapeutic area scientific expert, responsible for discussing products, patients’ treatment trends and studies in the relevant disease areas with a defined audience of Leading Specialists (Physicians, Pharmacists, Hospital Managers, Board Members of Scientific Societies, and other partners) and to be considered a trusted scientific counterpart and partner. /li liTo enhance the collaboration, support, and communication between the Local Operating Company Medical Affairs Team and the Regional (EMEA) Medical Affairs Team. /li liTo develop the Medical Affairs Strategy and take ownership of and manage the execution of the Medical Affairs Product Plan (MAP Plan) for a specific product or group of products in alignment with the EMEA MA and the Country Value Team (CVT) strategies and in close cooperation with other functions. /li liTo support the current and future launches within neurology, as well as the future launches in our NS portfolio, both in and externally. /li liTo develop and maintain detailed knowledge in neurological disorders and treatments and provide medical expertise to other Operating Company functions. /li liTo be an active member of the EMEA MA Functional Network and contribute to identifying data gaps and relevant strategies to address them. /li liExternal Relationships: build and maintain a network with external Leading Specialists and other relevant stakeholders; maximize relationships with Investigators, Leading Specialists, and patient groups to gain inputs and insights to improve the product strategy and place in therapy. /li liStudy Planning and Execution: plan and supervise local clinical research activities (interventional / observational) by evaluating feasibility and coherence of MAF studies with the CVT strategy; oversee protocol development and study implementation by MAF / GCO; ensure clinical results are accurate and timely communicated; evaluate local Investigator Initiated Study (IIS) proposals against scientific soundness and alignment to the medical strategy. /li liTo be the local MAF referee of local GCO for the EMEA / Global clinical research activities taking place in the Country. /li liPublications: develop and implement the local MA publication plan by ensuring budget and vendor management; ensure content related to allocated product(s) (including medical education materials, abstracts, medical information materials, marketing materials, etc.) accurately reflects scientific data. /li liMedical Education: develop and validate the Medical Education Plan by gathering inputs on educational needs from top tier Specialists and the Steering Committee (MESC); maintain fair and collaborative relationships with major CME Providers. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liMedical degree or other scientific degrees. /li li3+ years in similar roles, ideally in neurosciences. /li liFluency in Italian English. /li liEssentials knowledge skills: ul liIn-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of clinical trial design (interventional and non-interventional, RWE), execution, data analysis and patient access programs. /li liExcellent knowledge of autoimmune neurological disorders in general and of all products within the relevant TA. /li liIn-depth knowledge of relevant rules in terms of clinical research, pharmacovigilance, medical education (CME). /li liHighly stakeholder focused and results oriented. /li liInnovative with the ability to coordinate and drive a complex and changing environment. /li liAbility to work effectively in a matrix environment. /li liCapable of working inclusively with cross-functional, multi-cultural teams. /li liHighly developed communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively simplify and communicate complex material to a diverse array of audiences. /li liDemonstrate values and behaviors consistent with The Johnson Johnson Credo and value of integrity. /li /ul /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
