QuickTurn Engine Center Europe, a leader in the aviation maintenance sector, is looking for an Experienced Aircraft Technician.\n\nA technician maintains, inspects, disassembles, rebuilds, and troubleshoots the CFM56-5/-7 B engines of aircraft to meet regulatory and company standards. Technicians should have strong mechanical abilities and knowledge, be incredibly detail-oriented, and thorough. A Technician should be skilled at working with complex information and equipment.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n- Performing Maintenance – Technicians will carry out maintenance tasks on the modules and accessories of engines, such as but not restricted to inspection, disassembly, reassembly, and troubleshooting.\n- Running Tests – Will run regular maintenance tests and checks to ensure that all components are working to full capacity and that the engine is safe to operate.\n- Installing Replacement Parts - Constantly perform regular installations of replacement parts in the CFM56-5/-7 engines which are faulty or damaged.\n- Creating Inventories of Supplies - Must keep inventory of the stock, supplies and tools in possession. As well as a materials and equipment logs used for replenishment for future tasks and projects. Technicians will also maintain repair logs, reports, and documentation of what has been fixed or replaced.\n\nQualifications:\n\n- Must have basic mechanical skills\n- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)\n- Must be legally authorized to work in the country\n- Pass pre-employment criteria.\n\nQualifications:\n\n- Airframe and/or Powerplant certification\n- +1 years of experience in engine maintenance\n- Previous engine maintenance experience in the aerospace field on turbine engines preferred.\n- Candidate should be goal-oriented, detailed, and must work well in team environments and as an individual\n- Well-organized with basic computer skills.\n- Ability to multi-task.\n- Show careful diligence/attention in performing duties under normal mental stresses commonly associated with detailed mechanical/technical work.\n- Should be able to perform moderately strenuous physical tasks which include bending, stooping, kneeling, and working overhead for a long period of time.\n\nWork Location:\n\nRome – Fiumicino Airport\n\n--\n\nQuickTurn Europe (MRE), azienda operante nel settore della manutenzione aeronautica, è alla ricerca di tecnico aeronautico esperto.\n\nIl tecnico si occuperà della manutenzione, ispezione, smontaggio, ricostruzione e ricerca guasti (troubleshooting) dei motori CFM56-5/-7B al fine di soddisfare gli standard normativi e aziendali. Un tecnico deve essere esperto nel gestire informazioni e attrezzature complesse.\n\nResponsabilità:\n\n- Esecuzione della manutenzione: I tecnici eseguiranno compiti di manutenzione su moduli e accessori dei motori, inclusi (ma non limitati a) ispezione, smontaggio, rimontaggio e ricerca guasti.\n- Esecuzione di Test: Effettueranno test e controlli periodici di manutenzione per garantire che tutti i componenti funzionino a pieno regime e che il motore sia protetto per l'uso.\n- Installazione di parti di ricambio: Eseguiranno regolarmente l'installazione di parti di ricambio nei motori CFM56-5/-7 che risultano difettosi o danneggiati.\n- Gestione Inventario e Scorte: Devono tenere l'inventario dello stock, delle forniture e degli strumenti in possesso, oltre a registri di materiali e attrezzature per il rifornimento futuro. I tecnici manterranno inoltre registri delle riparazioni, rapporti e documentazione di quanto riparato o sostituito.\n\nRequisiti Minimi:\n\n- Competenze meccaniche di base.\n- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).\n- Autorizzazione legale a lavorare nel paese di riferimento.\n- Superamento dei criteri di selezione pre-assunzione.\n\nQualifiche e Competenze Desiderate:\n\n- Certificazione Airframe e/o Powerplant (Licenza LMA o equivalente).\n- Più di 1 anno di esperienza nella manutenzione motori.\n- Preferibile precedente esperienza nel settore aerospaziale su motori a turbina.\n- Orientamento agli obiettivi, precisione e capacità di lavorare sia in team che autonomamente.\n- Buone capacità organizzative e competenze informatiche di base.\n- Capacità di multi-tasking.\n- Diligenza e attenzione nello svolgere i compiti sotto lo stress mentale tipico dei lavori meccanici/tecnici di precisione.\n- Idoneità fisica a svolgere compiti moderatamente faticosi (chinarsi, inginocchiarsi, lavorare in posizioni elevate per lunghi periodi).\n\nLuogo di lavoro:\n\nRoma – Aeroporto Fiumicino (RM).
