You don't need to be from this industry, you do need to be passionate. /ppbr/ppstrongJoin our family today. /strong /ppstrongTogether, we'll make travel better. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongJOB SCOPE /strong /ppResponsible for the daily HR operations of the Lounge and Office acts as HR business partner to the corresponding responsible locations, oversee and supervise administrative personnel, Compensation and Benefits, capacity building, employee relations, and talent acquisition. /ppbr/ppstrongemJOB RESPONSIBILITIES /em /strong /pulliAct as business partner within EMEA Regional office on HR related issues. /liliTranslate global standards to local policies and procedures and drive the best HR practice. /liliDrive employee development initiatives. Partner with Regional/ HQ Learning and Development delivery of training programs. /liliAdministrate PPG Think Platform. /liliMake recommendations to the General Manager for policy, procedure and process modifications, implementing and communicating on approved changes. /liliAssist in employee relations cases. /liliManage medical insurance staff benefit, including renewal, addition deletion and manage broker and service provider’s service level. /liliManage leave applications administration, probationary review confirmation, DG preparation, employment certification for visa application, ex-employee reference check, etc. /liliProvide general admin assistance and support to the regional office. /liliManage administrative personnel, office attendant and to oversee the daily operations of the Lounge. /liliManaging the monthly payroll process. /liliManage the leave management System. /liliManaging end to end recruitment process. /liliResolving day to day operational queries from the employees. /liliManage the submission of monthly time attendance records for office and operation employees. /liliManage employee recognition, reward engagement activities in accordance with company policies. /liliAdminister the exit process for all voluntary and involuntary exits, including conducting exit interviews and processing the final settlement. /liliManage the onboarding process for the new joiners. /liliMaintain an up-to-date computerized database of all employees /liliPreparation of monthly HR reports and dashboards. /liliHandling the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals. /liliParticipate in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongJOB REQUIREMENTS /strong /pulliDegree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines. /liliMinimum 5 years’ solid experience in sizable establishments. /liliSelf-starter who works well independently, able to articulate to all business levels and build strong rapport with internal stakeholders /liliStrong people management skill and ability in building multi-cultural relationships /liliPositive, continuously learning, strong capacity in problem-solving.
