Position Mission
brThe Junior Buyer is actively supporting the rest of Purchasing team for the procurement of a wide variety of commodities, materials (cots and customized ones), services, equipment for the Company by taking in charge the needs expressed via purchase requisitions (RDA) into the MRP tool (SAP), requesting and negotiating related offers, issuing purchase orders and securing order confirmation is received.

brResponsibilities
brsupplier selection and qualification (support)
brscouting of the market via technical specifications and/or distributors analysis
brquotes analysis
brconsolidation and realization of the supplier panel
brissue purchase orders in the system (SAP)
brmonitor supplier quality performance
brcoordination with the logistic planner
brcontinuous communication with the suppliers
brfile, control and maintain the documentation generated
brparticipate in the daily weekly and monthly meeting of the department
brcomply with the quality and environment standards procedures and instructions

brTechnical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience
brMaster Degree in Engineering or Economics is a plus.
brRequired at least 1 year of working experience in the same role
brFluent in English (both in writing and in speaking)
brProficiency in the use of SAP
brRailway Sector experience is a plus
