For our Milan office we are looking for a qualified trainee to join our Litigation and Dispute Resolution department. Requirements At least 1 years of experience in commercial and corporate law, both in litigation and contract law. Ability/attitude to work effectively in a team. Excellent knowledge of English (level C1). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Responsibilities Coordination of litigation activities, including procedural requirements. Research and analysis of case law and doctrine. Drafting of legal documents, opinions, and contracts.
