In this role, you will:
* Consolidate team action items and track their completion
* Partner with other project coordinators to standardize reporting and lessons learned
* Create templates to help partners understand and apply data analysis results
* Ensure documentation is well-organized and accessible
* Manage the annual contract extension matrix, ensuring amendments are completed on time
* Develop dashboards for ongoing operations and reporting, including a live reporting tool for real-time progress, trending, data validation, and regional communication
* Prepare reports for executive leadership that highlight trends, patterns, and predictions based on program data
* Validate imported data with partners and update as necessary
* Support the development and updates of monthly reports
* Assist with vendor programs, including pipeline management, contracts, and onboarding

* Enjoy collecting, interpreting data, analyzing results, and creating automated stakeholder reports
* Have used statistical tools to interpret data sets, focusing on trends and patterns for diagnostic and predictive analytics
* Have worked closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform analysis, and deliver complex insights to support strategic decisions
