This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rome, Italy.
The ideal candidate is a hyper-organized, sharp, and proactive operations coordinator. 1+ years in tour operations, ground ops, or travel logistics 1+ purchasing
Fluent in Italian and competent English Purchasing tickets for attractions and venues across Rome • Managing ticket uploads and ensuring data accuracy within internal systems • xpavfwm Monitoring inventory levels, including last-minute bookings • Supporting urgent booking requests and operational needs • Maintaining accurate records of purchases and ticket inventory
