The Group finances, designs, builds, and operates its own data centers. /pulliEntrepreneurial Spirit : proactive, driven individuals with initiative and ownership; transparent to clients and partners; autonomy, energy, and responsibility. /liliResponsibility : guided by a deep sense of responsibility in communication, environmental impact, and respect for colleagues, prospects, and clients. /liliAdaptability : agile and innovative, with lifelong learning to anticipate and lead change. /li /ulh3Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and maintain standard procedures and best practices for contract management within the Construction Department. /liliEnsure contract compliance and alignment with Data4’s internal processes and stakeholder expectations. /liliPromote a culture of contractual discipline and risk awareness among construction teams. /liliSupport Project Managers during contract drafting, execution, and negotiation phases in coordination with Legal and Procurement teams. /liliAssist in reviewing key contractual documents such as EPC, GC, and subcontractor agreements. /liliMonitor contractual obligations, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure accurate tracking and execution. /liliIdentify, assess, and help mitigate contractual and commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle. /liliManage claims and variation orders in collaboration with relevant departments. /liliAssist in resolving disputes in line with contractual obligations and legal advice. /liliFoster continuous improvement of contract management tools, templates, and workflows. /liliOrganize training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen contract management capabilities within the project teams. /liliProvide clear and regular reporting to the Head of Construction and Legal Department regarding contract status, risks, and key issues. /liliEnsure proper documentation and archiving of contractual communications and amendments. /li /ulh3Profile / Qualifications /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Law, Engineering, or Business Administration (or equivalent). /lili7–10 years of contract management experience in construction / infrastructure, ideally in international settings. /liliFamiliarity with FIDIC, NEC, or similar contracts; multidisciplinary and matrix team experience preferred. /liliStrong knowledge of contract law, construction regulations, and negotiation practices. /liliFluent in English; French is a plus. /liliSkilled in MS Office; experience with tools like Aconex or Procore is an advantage. /liliExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. /liliDetail-oriented, adaptable under pressure, with a collaborative and solution-driven mindset. /li /ulh3Location /h3pThe position can be based either in Marcoussis, France or Cornaredo, Italy or Alcobendas, Spain. /ph3Employment details /h3ulliSeniority level : Mid-Senior level /liliEmployment type : Full-time /liliJob function : Management and Manufacturing /liliIndustries : IT Services and IT Consulting /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
