We're looking for a motivated General Manager (GM) to lead our business in Italy. As the GM, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth launch of Livo in the market and be responsible for growing, scaling, and managing the day-to-day operations of the business. This role involves:
1. Partnering with local healthcare institutions
2. Signing up nurses to the Livo platform
3. Managing the overall business operations
You will have full ownership and accountability for all aspects of the business, including marketing, sales, finance, account management, and operations. Your specific responsibilities include:
1. Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and implement strategies for launching and scaling Livo in Italy.
2. Business Development: Identify, negotiate, and close deals with healthcare institutions.
3. Customer Success: Onboard and manage customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
4. Healthcare Professional Acquisition: Grow the nurse workforce on our platform through marketing campaigns, partnerships, and paid media.
5. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily marketplace operations for seamless experiences.
6. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team across sales, account management, marketing, and operations.
7. Networking: Represent Livo in Italy, building relationships with industry leaders and decision-makers.
8. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze business performance and provide strategic insights to the founders.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with founders and functional teams to leverage best practices and resources.
10. Financial Accountability: Own the P&L, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.
Your profile:
1. Proven Leadership: +7-10 years in B2B sales, marketing, operations, or GM/startup roles.
2. Results-Oriented: Strong executor with a focus on achieving targets.
3. Effective Communicator: Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
4. Decisive: Capable of making quick, data-informed decisions.
5. Team Player: Values collaboration and thrives in a startup environment.
6. Analytical: Background in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields is a plus.
7. Industry Experience: Healthcare, consulting, investment banking, or healthcare networks preferred.
8. Leadership Experience: Successfully led and scaled teams of 5+ members.
9. Bilingual: Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
10. Passionate about Healthcare & Tech: Interested in transforming healthcare through technology.
