Skills and Responsibilities
* Provide first and second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
* Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues as needed.
* Communicate promptly on issue status and resolution.
* Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
* Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS (XP, 7, 8.1, 10) and Microsoft Office 2010; familiarity with Cisco Jabber is a plus.
* Have basic knowledge of Mac OS to support Apple PC users.
* Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and hardware.
* Perform preventive maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers.
* Perform repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
* Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues.
* Possess broad IT knowledge, including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms.
* Work effectively in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork.
Requirements
* Valid work permit.
* Extensive IT and computer knowledge.
* Several years of relevant experience preferred.
* Italian language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
