- Articulate a Vision: transform an organization’s current environment into a tangible vision of the “Future of Work” through interactive demonstrations.
- Solve Complex Challenges: propose how Workday’s AI platform for HR and Agents solves critical business concerns and drives operational efficiency.
- Lead with Innovation: help customers achieve real‑world results through continuous technological evolution.
- Discovery & Strategy: analyze prospect requirements and create tailored demonstrations that highlight Workday’s differentiators, focusing on the value of Machine Learning, Generative and Agentic AI in HR processes.
- Advanced Demonstrations: prepare and deliver compelling presentations of the full HCM suite, highlighting technological advantage and handling objections with confidence.
- AI Evangelism: articulate the business value of Workday’s “Trustworthy AI” approach, explaining how it enhances decision‑making, reduces bias, and automates administrative burdens without compromising security.
- Collaborative Sales: partner with Account Executives, Value Managers, and Service Executives to build the business case for transformation.
- Market Insight: stay updated on Workday’s latest acquisitions and AI roadmap to effectively compete against other vendors.
