PJob Title /ppClinical Application Specialist - Cardiac Solutions /ppJob Description /ppbClinical Application Specialist : /b /ppDriving clinical decision support for products and solutions including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educating sales teams on emerging clinical issues for the CS (Cardiac Solutions) segment. /ppbYour role : /b /pulliProviding primary training and education to customers /liliAssisting in disseminating technical product information to customers and executing hospital staff training, including in the cath lab during clinical procedures. /liliAchieving and growing disposable utilization in the assigned territory; assisting in advancing disposable revenue and market position consistent with territory, division, and company goals. /liliMonitoring the use of Philips laser systems in the assigned territory through regular contact with users to ensure confidence in Philips IGT-D products and systems. Supporting each step of Philips laser system utilization, from delivery to cath-lab support. /liliBuilding solid customer relations by interfacing directly with hospital physicians, catheter laboratory personnel, and research, training, and business office staff. /liliCollaborating with Marketing and other internal groups to identify needs and provide intelligence on competitive products and company innovations. /liliImplementing field business development activities to increase awareness about cardiac implantable electronic device infections, including organizing round tables and infection management meetings with stakeholders. /liliProcessing and monitoring product complaints according to company procedures. /li /ulpbYou're the right fit if : /b /pulliHold a BSc / MSc degree in biomedical engineering or a related clinical/science field /liliHave 2-5 years of clinical support experience in a cath-lab /liliAre fluent in English and Italian /liliAre available to travel 70-80% of the time to support cath-lab disposable usage in the area /liliPossess excellent customer orientation and stakeholder management skills /li /ulpLocation flexibility: This role can be based in either the Naples area, focusing on Southern Italy, or in the Rome area, focusing on Central Italy. /ppbHow we work together /b /ppWe believe that we are better together than apart.
