Join our extraordinary team today! /p pThe focus of the following position is to provide support to Prototype Lab Department as Validation Engineer for Local and Global projects of Combine Harvester products, including all systems and sub-systems. As key-activity he/she will manage and conduct the requested tests under his responsibility, i.e. system and sub-system instrumentation; data acquisition and post-processing; duty cycle creation for existing or new test benches; test bench design, setup and operation; activities tracking etc. /p pThe Validation Engineer will also be responsible of developing and publishing reports based on the results acquired during the performed tests and/or after data analysis; participate in multi-functional product development groups to plan the activities and assure the adequate support for the Local and Global projects. /p pEffective participation and contribution to groups responsible for the elaboration and alignment of procedures and standards that add value to products. /p pProactive contribution to Lab's competence's growth with innovative ideas and new technology's introduction. /p h3Your Impact: /h3 ul liPrepare systems and sub-systems for data collection infieldor lab environment. /li liReporting test progress and events within AGCO reporting tools. /li liPlanning and tracking lab test activities to reach the targets for all tests under his accountability. /li liRootcauseanalysis of problems and events during or after testing phase. /li liCreate technical reports based on the results of tests under accountability. /li liPost process data to generate duty cycles tovalidate system and sub system in lab environment and/or virtual environment. /li liCreate test procedures to ensure repeatability and reproducibility in the lab environment. /li liConduct meetings with the product design team to determine product testing parameters, test methods, and acceptance criteria. /li liDesign and/or coordinate designers for new benches or equipment needed for specific tests. /li liFollow up manufacturing and installation of benches or equipment to ensure proper testing conditions. /li liMaintain instruments and equipment in terms of functionality and calibration. /li liContribute to the optimization of current Lab test equipment and procedures. /li liCreate and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers of materials and equipment. /li liGenerate and implement ideas for new investments on benches, equipment or machinery needed in the Lab. /li /ul h3Your Experience and Qualification: /h3 ul liMaster’s/Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field. /li li2 to 5 years of Previous work experience as a Test Engineer. /li liKnowledge on sensors and data acquisition equipment. /li liFamiliarity with testing post-processing software tools. /li liExtensive knowledge of engineering and testing procedures. /li liFluent English linguistic skills. /li /ul pAttractive, fair remuneration including participation in our bonus scheme. /p pBalance of work, family and free time due to flexible working time. /p pPrivate health insurance with partial coverage of medical expenses. /p pCanteen with meal allowance. /p h3Your Workplace: /h3 pYou will work with your wonderful AGCO colleagues from Onsite from our Breganze site. /p pWe value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.
