* Drive feature development across the server and client streaming technologies stack, leveraging the full Microsoft ecosystem.
* Investigate, diagnose, and fix product issues in development and production.

Qualifications
Main Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field AND 2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
* OR equivalent experience.
* 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows application development.
* 2+ years of experience with streaming, networking, graphics (capture, rendering, or other), and/or game development technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
* Motivated to learn and push the boundaries in challenging technical domains.
* Skilled in design, debugging, and problem-solving.
* Experience developing in a standards-based web environment.
* Comfortable in a continuously delivering, responsive, and agile product team.
* Experience with computer networking fundamentals.
* Experience with delivering video streaming or computer graphics applications on networks – MSE, HLS, MPEG DASH, etc.
* Experience with Windows desktop capture technology – Windows Graphics Capture, Indirect Display Driver, etc.
* Experience with Graphics APIs such as DirectX11, DirectX12, and DXGI.
* Experience with browser content engines and web standards – Chromium, WebKit, Gecko, WebRTC, WASM, etc.
* Experience with Build and DevOps Systems, including Azure DevOps Build and Release pipelines.
