PpJOB DESCRIPTION /p pJob Title : /p pRegional Construction Manager /p pApproved By : VP Development and Construction /p pDepartment : Development and Construction /p pApproval Date : 02 / 10 / 25 /p pThe items below are to be used as a guide and are not all-inclusive. /p h3General Purpose of the Position /h3 ul liYou will support the Development and Construction department in overseeing and coordinating projects with a high focus on time, safety, quality and cost optimization /li liThis role will assist with improving the conception, definition and execution of our construction projects and be based on site full-time while maintaining best practices and clear roles responsibilities for any consultant support /li liYou will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects /li /ul h3Essential Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare and maintain accurate and timely construction progress schedules and monitor job progress to assure timely completion of projects /li liCollaborate with design teams and actively participate in the design and pre-construction phases. Ensure timely issuance of design and commercial deliverables /li liFollow-up on construction works and design / construction and commissioning meetings /li liCollaborate with Safety department on the technical, operative, and organizational activities according to Italian law and best practices /li liPrepare regular reports for stakeholders, including progress updates and risk management /li liOversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with design, client expectations and safety regulations /li liUnderstand the entire supply chain for your project, including vendors, GCs, and subcontractors. Foster strong relationships and act as a liaison between project teams and the supply chain /li liIdentify and manage project risks, developing clear strategies for risk mitigation. Proactively address challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle. /li liCollaborate with your peers across EMEA to continually assess, align on and improve the delivery methodology /li liSchedule, prepare agendas and lead regular project meetings and other meetings as required. /li /ul h3Required Job Skills /h3 ul liStakeholders communication /li liEnglish is a must and another language would be a plus /li liStrong leadership skills, high emotional intelligence, and a proven track record in leading, managing and developing teams /li liPromote and model an attitude of continuous improvement, partnership, and teamwork in behaviors and communications /li liExpert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards /li liFamiliarity with construction management software packages /li liMicrosoft Office (focused on Excel and Power Point), CAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera, Project Management professional tools, /li liProblem-solving attitude with a crucial ability to meet deadlines, strong planning, and organizational skills /li /ul h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liBS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field /li li4+ years of proven experience in project and construction management that will include critical Infrastructure for Datacentre, Pharmaceutical, Bio-tech, Petrochemical or similar environments /li liIn-depth knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and industry best practices /li liInternational academic or work experience is a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
