PpAt Sony Music Entertainment, we work every day to bring music, content, our artists’ stories and podcasts to the right people, at the right time. /p pTo achieve this, digital advertising is a key strategic lever. /p pWe are looking for a passionate digital media, data and performance‑driven apprentice who is eager to contribute hands‑on to the management and optimization of our ADV and podcast campaigns. /p h3What you'll do: /h3 ul liPlan and activate digital campaigns on Spotify (Marquee, Showcase, Audio / Video / Display Ads) and TikTok (Ad Credit), ensuring correct setup and go‑live of all assets and campaigns /li liMonitor and optimize campaign performance, with the goal of maximizing visibility, engagement and ROI through continuous target refinement /li liManage budgets operationally, with close control over the monthly delivery of Spotify / TikTok Ad Credit campaigns and campaigns dedicated to the Filtr brand /li liHandle administrative activities and billing cycles, including the creation and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs) related to digital advertising activities across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Spotify, etc.) /li liReporting: analyze and produce periodic reports on campaign performance and the effectiveness of ADV investments /li liOptimize tracking and data collection through the creation and management of dynamic links (Pre‑save and Multilink) to improve conversion tracking and retargeting activities /li liActivate and manage podcast campaigns, from strategic planning to technical setup of direct campaigns (pre / mid / post roll) via the Megaphone platform /li liOversee programmatic activities managed by external partners (Spotify Audience Network, YouTube AdSense), ensuring alignment with campaign objectives /li liDefine and continuously refine listening targets by monitoring KPIs to increase content reach and engagement /li liAnalyze and report on podcast performance, both organic and paid /li /ul h3Who you are: /h3 ul liYou hold a University degree in Marketing/Communications/Economics /li liYou have a genuine passion for music /li liYou have strong confidence with data and Excel, including pivot tables and logical formulas for analysis and reporting /li liYou have basic knowledge of digital advertising, including how major platforms work (Meta, Google, TikTok, Spotify) /li liYou have basic understanding of tracking fundamentals, such as pixels, UTM parameters and dynamic links (pre‑save / multilink), aimed at optimizing retargeting strategies /li liYou speak and write English fluently /li li(Nice to have): Meta Blueprint, Google Ads or Spotify Advertising certifications.
