Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of business development and dealer management experience in Europe, particularly in Italian-speaking countries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new dealers, supporting and developing existing distributors, and managing key accounts in Italy and surrounding countries. Key areas of focus include:
* Achieving regional sales targets and maximizing sales volumes;
* Creating regional sales plans and quotas in line with business objectives;
* Conducting direct and indirect business development activities to develop new distribution channels and key accounts;
* Driving and supporting distributors in the development of their business activities;
* Responding to, tracking, and closing sales inquiries in cooperation with distributors;
* Visiting customers and conducting hands-on demonstrations to effectively convert business leads into orders;
* Possibly proposing, organizing, and participating in trade shows, events, and promotional roadshows;
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of proven B to B sales experience in relevant Geospatial industries. Fluency in Italian and professional-level English – written and oral – is mandatory. Experience in international dealer management is an added advantage. This role requires frequent travel in Italian-speaking countries (approximately 50%) and occasional travel in Europe to visit business partners/clients, trade shows, and strategic accounts.
