Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Coordinator, located in Pesaro with some work-from-home flexibility. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of wedding planning, from initial consultations to the day of the event. Daily tasks include coordinating with vendors, communicating with clients, managing timelines, and handling customer service inquiries. The role also involves maintaining sales leads and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the planning process.
Qualifications
* Event Planning and Event Management skills
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
* Sales and negotiation skills
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Proficiency in using event planning software and tools
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
* Prior experience in wedding or event planning is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field
* Italian and English fluent
