When needed, assist hotel guests, delivering professional and customer-focused service\nMonitor and ensure continuity of IT services, intervening directly or coordinating recovery activities with major software providers in compliance with SLAs\nPerform regular checks to ensure security and compliance with company policies\nInstall and configure IT assets, working closely with the ICT team to manage standard changes and advanced requests\nParticipate in audits of information systems, supporting review and compliance processes\nOversee seasonal opening and closing activities, including installation, configuration, and verification of workstation connections to ensure full IT operability across departments.
